Craft based sessions
Whilst learning new concepts and strategies all children will have the opportunity to create an item to help them practice this.
For example, they may learn mindful breathing techniques and then create a hand shaped resource to practice the technique when in crisis at school or home.
Spare resources will be made by myself for the children to take home if they don't have the ability or confidence to make them in session themselves so no one is left out.
Contact us to ask about sessions, join groups, or learn more about private sessions at home.
